31st July - Modern Jive Class

I saw Maureen again at Jive class tonight. The moves we did in the beginners class tonight were wrist spin, side to side, basic and man spin. So that meant just one new move for me - wrist spin. Intermediate moves included aerial yo-yo and basic rock step. I reckon I could have had a go at the advanced move tonight as it didn't include a drop. After the class I had a couple of dances - one of which was with my old friend Barry. His dancing has improved considerably since the Northern Lights dance last year, but he still reeks of garlic!
